    087.JPG I have a 1993 MIJ Fender Telecaster Deluxe that is all original with three Strat pickups. That ain't it.

    don't judge me fellas, but i like it.

    the only thing i don't like about my strat (in the avatar)
    is that its shaped like a strat; otherwise it's a fabulous guitar
    in terms of tones, playability, and lightweight.

    the tele outline is so elegant

    i'd never pay even half of that price tho

    I have been wanting to build one with a tele body and neck .One with strat hardware a
    loaded seymour duncan hendrix strat pick guard.

    It took me 3-4 times looking at it to realize it wasnt an actual strat. The strap hides the bout in the image. As soon as I realized it I says to myself... "it's one of those parallel universe things".

    And then I went back to not caring.

    I can't say that I have ever seen a hybrid like that...I've seen Nashville Teles and Strats with Tele pickups in various places. But never that. Although I would totally build something like that...although I would do it differently.
