I went through seven weeks of radiation and chemo this past fall. Chemo on Mondays, radiation Monday through Friday.
Take it one day at a time and just try to keep a good attitude. I go in the first of next week for a CAT scan and PET scan to verify that the treatments got it all. (Cancer of the right vocal chords). I was fortunate in that I had my treatments at a very good hospital, the University of Chicago. The surgeon, the radiation and the chemo doctors were specialists and only deal with cancer from the neck up
