These days I’m 99% studio based and writing/producing so its wide variety from whole K-Pop tracks to disco loops for DJs: Corollary is I’m always looking for new timbres. This one is is interesting, started out as Vintage V72 which should have been thin and double bound and instead turned up thicker than stock Tele and no binding but feather light, paired it with a spare Offset tele Teck I had from creating a comfortable jazz box out said Offset Tele.

Interesting pickups: A2 Mini humbucker and humbucking single coil from Cat Whisker in the UK: Noise free and rather “smooth” to listen to, perfect for my neo-soul and soul outings. Note lovely low profile bridge.

Controls that are better suited for my studio work: Use the volume a lot so sensibly nearest , Toggle works better for me. Vintage "style" Mullard 0.047 cap sounds no different to any other but looked cool...

Different size knobs made sense when looked at my bought new in 1976 Marantz 1060 ( still used daily).

Great little lightweight (6.5lbs) studio guitar, hits all the Cornell Dupree/Teeny Watson tones first time. Pretty to look at at as well, shown with equally featherlight CV60s FSR Thinline with Bareknuckle Flat 50s and Freeway six way switch- far less usable than they would have you believe.
