just a head's up ... butterscotch/maple and surf green/rosewood on sale at MF for $150/shipped. this is a really excellent value tele guitar, i've had 2 before and just ordered another. the wood is Excellent - just a fine neck, though the basswood body is on the heavyish side in the order of a normal fender USA tele. the overall hardware is good, with decent tuners and a 6 saddle modern bridge. the electronics work well. with a new set of strings and a decent setup, a newbie to teles will be good to go, promise ... and you old timer tele cats know what to do with some of the hardware and electronics. i guarantee this can be a pro tele for stage or studio - promise.

Will the control plate take a CT’s pot replacement?...?

i've worked on modding/upgrading three of the new squier tele bullets and all had tele control plates that easily accepted the larger diameter shaft CTS pots. i'll add, these control plates would be right at home on a MIA tele, they're excellent quality.

Only about three hours remain on the offer, but many ebayers received a deal offering 8% in eBay bucks for purchasers making the purchase with eBay app through 11:59pm PST tonight. MF sells these Bullet Telecasters there, also, so it's worth $12 when the next certificates are issued at the end of March. I think the rate drops to 6% using the website.

My surf green Bullet Tele showed up yesterday. The paint is flawless, and the neck very comfortable, with no fret bite at all. It played easily enough, so the action feels right for my own tastes. Even the intonation seems pretty good out of the box.

    Thanks for the recommendation!

Thinking about buying a new squire bullet Tele( seafoam green w/ Indian laurel fretboard) Have an early 80's red USA Fender H1 bullet with push button p/u selector switch in mint condition with case. Love the Tele neck ( slim)on it . Thoughts?

Bought one of the blue ones a couple of weeks ago at the $129 price. I put a set of Cavaliers in it and it's great, really fun to play.

Placed an order for the Surf Green one from MF a few days ago!

It's on backorder, so probably won't receive it until sometime near the end of April, but no biggy!

At this price, literally anybody can afford one!

    These are a super deal!

I ordered mine from MF, but they're on backorder until about April 17. Other dealers probably have some available now if you don't feel like waiting.

What color are you looking at?
