At $269, it seems like a good deal. The guitar looks good and the specs appear good on paper. However, for me, the 21 frets would probably be a deal breaker. The ceramic humbuckers seem to vary from reviewer to reviewer, with some saying they're good and others saying they're muddy or shrill. Of course, these could be swapped out easily if desired and the difference in sounds could be due to variances in pots, caps or pickup height.

I almost picked up a Squier Strat the other day that was marked at like $140. I swear it was this color. They only wanted $15 to ship it, as well. Kinda wish I hadn't passed on it now.
