I don't do this too often, but yesterday I fired up the Star Trek TOS episode "That Which Survives", mostly on the strength of Lee Meriwether's babe-itude. In this episode, Spock is left in command back on the Enterprise while Kirk et al are down on the "planet" trying to avoid getting cell-disrupted by evil hologram lady.

In many of the scenes Spock is shown holding a little blue box about the size of a Tube Screamer with a number of buttons on the top. He considers it thoughtfully at several points but as far as I can tell at no time does he say what it is and I don't think it ever appeared again. Was he building TS clones to take away the boredom of countless empty parsecs in space between life threatening emergencies? Is this the legendary "Burst Box"??? We do know that he could jam like mad on bicycle wheel with space hippies when the occasion called for it.

by then, guitar playing happened by activating a subdural chip at the base of the skull. As an inveterate multi-tasker, the hand held device is an amp modeler. Spock was a well-known devotee of a modified silver face twin.

Some people called him the Space Cowboy; some called him the Vulcan of Love.

I loved it when flip phones came out and then apple went and ruined it, like they do most everything like OS's, iTunes, and the music industry

It's a space Tubescreamer or a space Wii.

I think the touch screen phones also had something from the ST communicators, or was it the tricorders? Remember that self-destruct mode that made them explode?

I know there were some phones that got hot and exploded.

I think those were actually Samsung phones that were blowing up while charging, and it's too bad too, because Samsung generally does a good job at having good options for anyone who hates apple because of their ridiculous prices or their ridiculous proprietary demands, or just hates the entire apple zombie mindset that's taken over society

Spock was just trying to hide the tv remote from Kirk, who kept watching himself get laid in endless reruns, thus causing an infinite time loop that the crew was unable to escape. Enough with the green chicks already!
