I've often wondered what you Strat guys talk about.

This is what happens when you let that one cockroach crawl under the table...
I just got my shoes off and got comfortable. Think I'll hang out a bit.

Truth be told, many of the S-T members have at least one Tele in their arsenal (myself included). Some have more Teles than Strats.

I've heard good things about this forum so I'm gonna poke around and check the place out some more.

Thanks TDPRI for helping us ST refugees out...you've been most hospitable hosts, especially since the ST shenanigans came over with us :).

Would now be a good time to bring up the sonic virtues of a full nitro finish?

Seriously, this is the truth. Much of what Strat lovers love can be found in Teles as well. I never thought I would bond with mine like I did, but it happened...immediately. All those years I wasted...

...and Gibson and PRS love too. Despite being called Strat Talk, pretty much anything guitar and music related is open for discussion.

That’s what I was thinking too. All guitar players are a little, errrr, off. And of course I mean that in the nicest possible way:eek:

    I'm here clowning around ;)

The Strat Talk site is starting to get back in order. I decided to sign up for an account after years of lurking but it was giving me error messages for most of the day. It finally signed me up and I'm waiting on the email confirmation message.

I've got my Tele home built pinecaster, plus a couple in progress and a pair of Strats. I've really gravitated to the Strat side of the equation... This is what the couch in the living room usually looks onto:
