I haven’t seen that one but the SX brand is around the US, not expensive but pretty well made.
Looks like it need to be cleaned up and given a new set of strings.

By appearance it seems to be an SX Telecaster "clone." The "Vintage" model on their web site lists for US$269.99. Yours looks worn, which means it would likely fetch less if you're selling it.

If you want to paint it a new color that’s a lot of work but we have a sub forum called finely finished.
I’ve refinished guitars and the stripping off the old finish can be hard depending on what product is on there.
The hardware is all gold and looks nice enough.
The pick guard looks like a commonly available Fender Tele guard would fit, where cheaper Tele copies have parts that are all way off.

A piece of advice: Your question suggests a lack of familiarity with guitar workings. If I were you, I'd find a local shop that can take it in and perform a proper setup. It will cost you a little, but you'll end up with new strings, a properly intonated and clean guitar. From that point, just take off and kiss the sky!

    And welcome!

Welcome, looks like you have some work. That fretboard could use a deep-clean, and the frets need to be cleaned and polished. Then, I'd get some lemon oil into the wood.

    Hi!!
Follow BuckNekkid's friendly advice. That SX is a decent enough guitar to play, and a good setup/cleaning (especially that fretboard!) will likely make a world of difference from its current condition, and you should get a report of any major issues that may need to be addressed. Then, get to know it first before jumping on the modding/refinishing rabbit hole.
FWIW, I like the subtle 'roadworn' finish it currently has!

For some odd reason I can see a hello kitty pickguard in that guitar’s future.

    Welcome.
Needs a switch knob. Also (if it were me) I would replace the pot knobs, Black or gold would suit.
