Looking for proper dimensions and decent fretwork for under 100 bucks or so. Anyone?

Can't go wrong with an all parts neck. Just a bit over your price but worth it.

Not sure what you mean by "decend fretwork". I have worked with Mighty Mite and Warmoth necks and all have required fretwork. Ken Warmoth even said they expect the end user to do the frets but he also said he knows that most don't.

I only ask that the frets are seated well with the ends not over-beveled. I fully expect to do some leveling/crowning/polishing on any aftermarket neck.

I like the necks from GFS, $50 out the door. I bought an Epiphone replacement neck, no issues

You will be satisfied with Mighty Mite and very happy with Warmoth (which doesn't fit the "cheap" category). Both are marked with the "Licensed by Fender" stamp which means they correspond to the standards.
