and I put my appletv to screen saver mode and they have these righteous 4k screensavers and I just stare quietly at them, listen to the frogs outside and think I might just be the old man in Soylent Green.

I just open the living room window toward the creek when our mountain is up in the clouds ... to hear frogs. I never think about Soylent Green nor Edward G. Robinson when I do this though. DSC02264.JPG

I wish Edward G Robinson was still with us. Incredible actor, and that was his final role. In a moderately effective film (Soylent Green) he was outstanding....in spite of no frogs.

Here I am right now, sitting (reclining) in my chair at home, trying to watch RC plane crash videos on YouTube over Larry...

If R/C plane crashes is your thing I could have given you plenty of entertainment back in the eighties, I spent a fortune on R/C gear. In fact while your watching those videos if you happen to see a 1/4 scale F4U Corsair fly by wave at for me. I spent so many hours building it and a small fortune. Maiden flight it rolls down the run way the tail lifts perfectly, I ease in some elevator she lifts off beautifully and then, nothing! It won’t except any control at all. It just flew perfectly straight and level over the horizon.
    I’ve never seen it since.
I like to think that it just fly’s on and on.
    Enjoy,

A quarter scale Corsair would be HUGE!

I think a quarter scale J-3 Cub is around ninety inches.

Some of the larger scale jets that make smoky holes in these videos have as much as $20,000 into them.

Be a few months before I hear any frogs around here. Snow frogs are silent.

I spend the majority of my time sitting on my couch. Sometimes watching Soylent green if I can find it for free on YouTube before it's removed.

Next door they keep a few chickens. Never hear them. Wouldn’t mind if they offered eggs once in a while.

I know they rarely let them out and about, which is a good thing. Saw a coyote on the block a few months back.

    Cheers,
    Geoff

I don't think we have frogs in Hawaii, but we make up for it with sea turtles
