Is that a strat with a tele bridge? Fascinating!
Laurent Brondel made it.
Its always this if we dont get our new toys,,,beginning of the end...cant live without new toys
lifes great distraction
more daft cats!
Need a tic-tac 6 string bass!
Not any acoustics in sight
A bass guitar, obviously.
FIRST thing I thought of!
" They all have s*x with the rooster!..."
I live in a small apartment now with our son, and he (of course) gets the bedroom.
My queen size bed is where there should be a dining room table.
And since I got my SG this year and no other place to put another guitar- my SG sleeps with me! ( in it's case!).
My wife ( disabled) is a few feet away, in her bed...
OP needs a Martin!
And a resonator/dobro perhaps.
I'd add an upright bass, mandos, banjos, Martin, lap steels, pedal steel, mountain dulcimer.....
But thats my personal affliction.
Don't know where you'd fit one on the bed but....
A semi-hollow ES type.
Beautiful collection though. Couple I wouldn't mind having
@Matt Sarad Knowing your appreciation of Richard Hoover, you need to be on the lookout for a Collings SoCo 16 inch version. That's total original 335 sound in modern quality. The first ones all had a lot of Bill Collings hands on. I don't know about current prices but when I got mine they made Gibson's a joke beyond their poor finish.
one of these:
A carved archtop.
I have an electric bass, stand up bass fiddle. Weissenborn,Gibson mandolin, lap steel, banjo, violin, 2 Tweed deluxes, Deluxe Reverb. PRS H, Tech 21 Classic 60, Hughes and Kettner BluesMaster. GK 250ML, 2 Bass cabinets, 4 guitar cabinets, cables and pedals up the wazoo. I'll shoot some more pics.
Okay, now that we know you have other stuff that doesn't fit on the bed ...
Semi-hollow, acoustic guitar and ... wait for it ...
Nice Double cut Gibson Melody Maker !
Yes, a bit more room for the SG, please move it, it's making me nervous!
I got it in 1972. The owner wanted $250. I ended up paying $125.
Laurent Brondel refurbished it for me refretting it with EVO gold, new vintage tuners, and he discovered the buckers were Gibson T Top PAFs. The headstock had been broken 3 times. He did an exemplary job of patching it up.
