Don't know what's on the SS market these days. Are there some that are just regular "old school" solid state transistor amps that don't use any digital or modeling tech? Possibly Quilter? Anyways I love older SS Peavey amps. Still have my 1986 Peavey Bandit 65 and it sounds good enough that I still gig with it sometimes depending on the venue.Seems solid state amps never went away, they've integrated in ways with digital and tubes amps.
What are your thoughts on solid state in 2020?
