First off....I'm fairly new around these parts, but this is an incredible group of people and musicians. The files in the Twanger forums are top class, the experienced answers I read on the tech side... yada yada... well done all here, mates. I'm glad I stumbled in here.
But...sometimes (and not here actually all that amount...but the FB Squire group, etc...and others).... you read replies....(and yeah..this is the internet).
Example 1: New Affinity/Bullet Squire owner,... guitar on way... posts pictures of "said guitar". New Squire to be owner, is all ready for a full fret dress, crown and polish, total re-wire with "____ "pots and "___" pups...and THEIR special tweaks, to their satisfaction. Blurts out measurements that were off the last thread I just read.
Realizing the above isn't rocket science....there's a *tone* of 35 yrs of luthier experience....and "said Squire" will "play like buttar" when they're finished. I'm wondering how you squeeze "35 yrs" experience into a humanoid who's only been on the planet for 16 years.
