Perhaps an easy answer - "100% made in the USA," for example. But thinking about my Tele and with the mods it's a real mutt!!

Guitar Player Series Tele, so in the main from Ensenada, Mexico
Schaller locking tuners and strap locks - Bavaria, Germany
Fender CS Texas Special pickups - Scottsdale, AZ
    Bigsby B5 - Scottsdale, AZ (I think)
Callaham bridge, rollers and control plate- Winchester, VA
Armadillo knobs and switch tip - Austin, TX
    D'Addario strings - Farmingdale, NY
Custom treble bleed circuit - Doncaster, England

...unless, of course, any of these manufacturers farm out their production to somewhere in China!

My guitar is far better travelled than I am!

Erm, I bought my Stratocaster from Andertons in Reading, Berks, England. So that's where it's from.

I had to go look and take inventory.

Many of mine are made in the USA.
    -Strat made in Corona, California
-Gibson Les Paul, Firebird, and SG made in Nashville, Tennessee
-A pine Esquire-type guitar and a fretless bass made here by local builders

    Four were made in Korea.
My old Takamine acoustic, ESP LTD bass guitar, my Luna acoustic, and my even older Kramer Ferrington

    Two were made in Indonesia.
Yamaha Revstar and Fender FMT HH Telecaster

A recent acquisition is an Ibanez jazz box that was made in China.
    It's a lovely and well-behaved instrument.

    ;)

I have two made in Kalamazoo, MI.
    One made in Fullerton, CA.
    One from Nazareth, PA.
    One from Ensenada.
    One from Paracho.
    Two from Japan.

3 of 'em are from my shop, 3 are from somewhere in Asia, and my Carvin bass came from Escondido. IDK off the top of my head where the Epi SG Special originated.

My Yamaha FG-160 acoustic dreadnought was made in Taiwan in 1974.

My Squier Affinity Strat has a notation that it was made in China, but I have read that "China" means Taiwan for the ones like mine that were made in 1999.

My Fender Precision Bass was made in Mexico in 2000, and has Strat-style knobs.

My Gretsch Electromatic 5120 was made in Korea. I bought new it in 2008.

All my G&Ls are from Fullerton, CA. All the mod parts are also USA. I have a fenrnandez that as far as I can tell was made in Japan during the lawsuit era. I also have a MIM Jazz Bass. The rest are home spun.

The one in my profile pic was made in the US by Mark Johnson. I believe he was based in California at that time, later moved to Montana. Now retired from building.

My ‘77 Alvarez 5055 jumbo acoustic was made in Japan.

My Squier Affinity bass was made in Indonesia.

If we want to break it down, my main one is made in China but upgraded with USA nut and saddles, USA pickups, Japanese switch and Korean pots.

One from Mexico (Player Tele, Seymour Hot Tele pickups)
Three from Indonesia (FMT HH Tele, G&L Tribute Legacy, Hamer Special K)
One from China (Teton acoustic, my knockaround guitar)
Three from USA (Guild F55, Guild D40 Traditional, homebuilt Tele)

Craftsmanship on Indonesian electrics is phenomenal - but electronics were ... evil.
All needed new pots, switches, jacks, and some got pickups and tuners.
    Same with Mexican Tele.
USA Guild acoustics are flat amazing right out of the case.
Teton is by far the best acoustic on the planet under $300.
