    Update.

    Had the catfish, pan fried, with shredded cabbage and long life noodles in a home-made satay sauce, followed by good quality vanilla ice cream. Pretty good.

    Dinner tonight is up to me! Wife at meeting, one daughter home from music lesson at 7:00, other home from college at 8:00, um, still no idea about dinner.

    Braised pork shoulder with onions, and a side of refried beans with pico and guack on it. I love me some pork!

    As it turns out, hot dogs on the grill didn't happen. My wife got an "A" on her exam today so I had a big steak with garlic butter, a baked sweet potato, and brussels sprouts, with ice cream for dessert. She sort of wanted to celebrate. I think I'm going to offer to help her study for her exams from now on.

    every thursday my girlfriend works late, so i head one town over for some real good bbq. tonight it was smoked ribs and smoked chicken thighs, with their cowboy beans and cornbread.yaaaaa boy!
