I did not make anything. My sister-in-law made most of it-turkey, etc (we were at her house). My wife made the rice dressing. But I carved the turkey (or at least reduced it to edible sized portions). :D Merry Christmas, everyone!!!

I just put a 10lb prime rib in the oven; there'll be 8 of us at my house for dinner tonight.

We're doing carrots, parsnips, Brussels sprouts, roast spuds and Yorkshire puds. One of our friends is bringing dessert, and after that I have a bottle of Warre's 1977 vintage port already decanted, some Sumatran peaberry coffee that I roasted last Sunday and a couple of Cubans for the two us that occasionally indulge.

I made meatloaf for Christmas dinner. But for Christmas eve we had lamb, kind of a special treat for us.

This seems to be my family's traditional Xmas dinner: chicken curry with all the trimmings. Washed down with Gerwurtz.

Christmas Eve with the family it was a great tasting ham with a veggie casserole and a hash brown casserole but my bachelor Christmas dinner was an outta sight pasta sauce with some Italian sweet saaaaaaasage and meatballs, garlic bread and an anti-pasto salad.
