So I Tried Fried Chicken Tonight

I can cook anything. I love to cook. But I have a self imposed rule against frying. I just don't want to start. I never had to quit smoking cigarettes because I never started. Same with frying at home.

I'm not saying that I won't eat fried food. I just won't make it at home.

I had fried chicken last weekend for the first time in about three years. Sure did enjoy it.
I have a feeling it's not gonna be three more years before I eat it again.
