    ... of making a Frankenstein of a guitar that looks similar to this! I quickly put this together in photoshop. What do you guys think?
    Right now im hovering around ebay looking for cheap Squier body spares no matter what condition! :lol:

    For me, the picture is sufficient. Unless you also mate the two remaining pieces, it's a waste. Taking two guitars to make one? 1 + 1 = 1?

    thats fine for me. Ill make the front flush and use biscuit joints to hold it together. The metal plates are mainly for the looks...

    i will! Haha. Once i find the parts. I dont plan to spend a alot so it might take time.

    woah thats cool! But a little too clean and precise compared to my idea Haha. I want mine to look like some kind of monster!

    Kind of a cool idea. I would personally ditch the strat volume knob though. Just my own preference.

    if you can do biscuit joints, why not just buy a blank and do it as one piece? that would be pretty sweet.
