So I contacted Nacho and I should have a Blackguard book on Thursday

I am so stoked.

I have my first tele being built with a pine body from my family barn that is over 100 years old.

I chose a musikraft blackguard neck from serial number 0038
And Don Mare 0038 pickups.

My only deviation is medium jumbo frets and a four way switch for both series and parallel.

I hope the 0038 is in the book.

Nacho has been a great guy to deal with and this book is already coveted by my friends and family who love teles.

I am so much a kid at christmas today.

I don't think you'll get the 0038 book number, last I checked he was up in the 4,000's with only 5,500 copies being printed in all.

I was happy to pay it since I thought they were all gone and I have seen folks trying to get $500 on reverb. Which seems crazy but as there are only so many made I was happy to get one.

I just checked my copy and 0038 is in there. It's a 1950 Broadcaster and a beauty. The neck date is 11/20/50 and is initialed by TG.
