Slumpbuster

    No, not that kind of slumpbuster. (Get your mind out of the gutter)

    For a few weeks I've been in a slump with little to no desire to play guitar or record. The other day I was going through some old notes and found a sheet with tempos and SR16 rhythm patterns for specific songs.
    (I loved that old Alesis and found many patterns that perfectly fit songs.)
    I hadn't played many of those tunes in years. So I picked two: Duke Robillard's "She's Sweet" and Robert Cray's "I Was Warned". Slump over. I've record bass and drum tracks for the the Robillard tune and just finished bass, drum and guide tracks for "I Was Warned". Both need work but it got me back to the guitar and recording.

    There are several other songs on that list that I will tackle soon.
