Single worst line of lyrics....

1. They're both mountains. It's not a simile.
2. Cramming that lyric into a F#/A/F#/G# bar is quite a feat. That doesn't really work.

Honestly though, finding 'worst lyrics' is like shooting fish in a barrel.

Most of my favorite stupid lines have already been mentioned, so I'll offer this gem:

Everyone hailed Jim Morrison as this brilliant poet, but some of the things he came up with will make you shake your head in disbelief.

When I was a kid I convinced myself that "dooshant" was a real word, as in "wrapped up like a dooshant in a rotor in the night."

For me it's "Right, right, you're bloody well right....you have a bloody right to say..."

The use of the word "bloody" (to me) seems like a clumsy and really dorky way to "shock" listeners. I also cannot stand the way that this chorus in the song interrupts an awesome melodic and rhythmic verse lead-in with plodding dirge and stupid lyric. I just love the song up until this line comes along. As a result, I can't listen to the song.
