I have been using a Boss GT-10 for years. Rugged and pretty easy to use. It has much more than your wish list but when you set it to Stomp mode it is simple. I have the Fender Mustang Floor as well and some of the effects are better than the Boss. You can also get what you want with a Yamaha Stomp, more compact.
