To Sir, With Love was on TCM just a week or two ago. I was a teenager in 1967 when I first saw it, and liked it a lot.
Watching the other day, it doesn't hold up really well......almost silly, in fact.....but Poitier's performance was still mesmerizing. Even with less than ideal material, he turned in great performances. R.I.P. Sir......

Sidney Poitier is one of my favourite actors. One of his lesser known movies is Shoot To Kill (released as Deadly Pursuit in Australia).
