I'm thinking of picking this up. Its stated that it requires 9 to 15 volts to run.
A question for any one who has one, what do you run the power at? And I'm wondering if there is any difference between running at 9 or 12v?

The circuit is regulated to run at 9v; feeding it 12v does not change anything, such as extend the range, etc.

I run mine on 9v and have no issues.

I also run mine at 9v also using a Voodoo Labs PP2 Plus. Never had any problems or quirks whatsoever. Integral part of my several pedal boards.
