Yep ............ '66. I've had it since 1968. All original except for a ground wire I added by just laying the wire strands up from the bridge cavity to the underside of the bridge plate. The other end is sandwiched between the switch and the control plate so the original soldering has not been disturbed. And as you can see, I haven't removed the all original rust from the bridge.

Terry ............. it's a shame this guitar isn't owned by a real player like yourself.

Why did you need to add that wire? Are you saying that it came to you with the bridge not grounded?

I'm a real player??? I have Real Player on my computer. If you feel that much shame, perhaps you should send it to me, and I'll start playing it immediately.

It had an annoying buzz. The added ground wire makes it much quieter.

Hi Guys, Here's my metallic white partscaster tele. It has a Bigsby tremelo and SD Jerry Donahue pickup in the bridge and an SD Jazz pickup in the neck. I made the decal for the pickguard.

Anybody know where I can get a matte white (or off white), five hole, one ply, non-bevelled pickguard? It'll be replacing my black matte one that I have on my white MIM Tele now.

Very nice Rich as usual. How did you get this colour on the body? I've got an ash body coming and wish a white finish like this.

    Thanks.

Here's an SPG telecaster that's en route, if it plays half as good as it looks then I'll be a happy fellow.

Here's a great '59 Esquire with a refinished body by Clive Brown. It was featured in an old copy of 'Guitarsist' magazine.

Here's a super clean all original 1963 Olympic White Tele.

This is the real deal - not a Mexican or Japanese reissue!
