Currently, my go to gig rig is this guitar(G&L ASAT Classic, with Fralin Blues Specials and a 4 way), this amp, a Dr Z Z12 1x12" with a WGS Reaper HP speaker, and this modest pedalboard(as shown, with a Wilson Effects custom RippahQ wah and 5 Knob Fuzz on the floor).

great stuff, never a hi jack, just us all learning what we have knowledge of and passing it on. I tried the supersonic and it seems like the step right before the 5150.they are making now. it floors me that this 5150 is better clean than my 68 CDR and then can melt my face with a click of switch...this is a hard amp not to use as a main amp..if you like cleans or brutal..surprised more of you articulate tele pickers haven't found this amp..it will respond in a very fast attack and allow note clarity even at ridiculous gain levels..you cant hide with this one and those who must have that 'headroom" here it is..turn vol up and gain down on clean channel and play as loud as you want with full note and chord articulation..

That thing is so hot I'm almost unable to control my bodily functions.

    Thanks for the technical info.

I’m a home player. Currently, I have a Marshall DSL 20CR amp. I’m considering adding a Fender 68 Custom Deluxe Reverb to use for clean tones.

    My pedal board:
    Dunlop Jerry Cantrell Crybaby Wah
    Polytune 2 Tuner
    JHS Prestige Clean Boost
    Ibanez TS9 TS808 Mod
    Earthquaker Devices Hoof Fuzz
    MXR Uni-Vibe
    MXR Script Phase 90
    Boss BF-2 Flanger
    MXR Analog Chorus
    Boss Analog Delay DM-2W

I also have a Digitech Soloman XT Looper not pictured. I don’t keep it on the board.

    Guitars:
    2016 Eric Johnson Strat
    2017 AmPro Strat
    2016 Am Standard Tele
2017 Gibson Les Paul Tribute T

This is what played through in the 90s... I’m missing my crybaby. That guitar and amp are roadworn and well loved, but they gave me great tone at every practice and gig; stubbornly though, I never used effects back in those days and that amp sounds great with flanger and delay in the switchable effects loop. I played everything from Chicago Blues to serious Metal with it and they never let me down.

    Now I use this stuff
    A3FCAB15-E19B-4431-9E96-36B82087072A.jpeg
The guitars are a Les Paul Standard, American Professional Telecaster, and L-00.
I’m using a new Custom Deluxe Reverb, which I absolutely love. Going into the front I have an MXR Dyna Comp (but I am thinking about moving to a Keeley), Soul Food (I want to try something different though... it has some real midrange honk), Fender Santa Ana Overdrive (I kid you not when I say this pedal sounds like pure tube crunch), and a Carbon Copy Bright.
I still want to get another Crybaby and some sort of univibe thing.
I am also thinking about adding a Marshall 18 watt 1x12 or 2x10 to the mix so I can cover some broad sonic ground.

image.jpeg image.jpeg image.jpeg Right now, the only amp getting played is my PRRi. I've got a Bugera T50 and a Roland Cube that stay in the closet these days. And I have a Mahaffay HiLo Watt. The Bugera and Roland are being sold to finance a Marshall Origin 20. Guitar-wise my 335 and Tele get the most love, but manage to get some time on the LP and Strat too.

Hey, if you make it sing its a thing of beauty
Ill let you in on a secret for all the gear I have , my go to is a G&K 112 ss amp with a cable and guitar no pedals, before I start I like to listen to the guitar alone just to hear it , because by the time I finish with it , I'll be lucky if it doesnt sound like my synth .

    It’s this most nights:

    IMG_5777.jpg

    Why? Because it rips!

    Sometimes the Strat and/or Ampeg:

Lately, I’ve been using this for practice and as a backup.
