After two years of plugging straight into a cranked AC15, I’ve decided to add a few pedals. I’m doing tons of trio gigs these days playing instrumentals all night and I’ve just been wanting a few more sounds to change things up. I use this board plus the trem and reverb from the amp.

Someone gave me that DS-1 several months ago and I didnt really like it at first but now I really love it.

haven’t posted in a few years since my board hardly ever changes...here’s the 2015 revision. had a wireless crap out and a few gremlins, so i decided to lighten the load with a pedaltrain/mono...

60’s band has a few private gigs coming up, so I switched a couple things around.

And the full rig. Orange gigs with my other band and my old Ampeg is at the rehearsal space. I have been playing the baby Vox at home.

Just added the EQD Disaster Transport Delay. Hoping this keeps me satisfied for a little while....:D

After giving my step-daughter my old 2 pedal grab 'n go pedal board, I then gave her my DS-1. Yup, she has added more since.

Nope. It’s a Voodoo Lab Dingbat. Stupid name, great board.

Got this pedalboard. BoxKing. LiI battery. Has a slight incline in back. Took three hours to charge. I can charge by cable while using as well. Set list gives an idea of scale.

I’m on my third show (<1 hour each) and three rehearsals (~2-3 hours each). The meter I still reading full. My pedals are all off for probably 90% of the show, but still, that’s impressive.

It seems trivial, but in practice it is really nice not to be tied to a power source by cable, either at the front of the stage or running from the back of the stage. Has one selectable 18-24v, one 12v and multiple 9 volt with the minimum power being .5 amps for a socket. Great value so far.

Mine would be very boring, literally one distortion pedal that just sits on the top of the cab next to my head.

Downscaled and simplified. I now actually have some space between my pedals for once :)

Hiding my always-on reverb under the board. The RV-6 on top of the board is set up as more of an effect, with modulation and long decay.

I went to a friends house and played some ambient guitar over the weekend and decided I wanted to be able to include my RC-30 and volume pedal on my board. They wouldn’t fit on my PT Jr., so I found a good deal on this PT-1 ($100 with a patch bay and hard case) and set this up. It’s pretty big but not Space Shuttle console-sized. The chain is:

    Mini Bi-Comp > Honeybee > RAT > MVP > Grand Orbiter > DMM > DM-2

The tuner splits off the volume pedal. The MVP is active, so there isn’t the tone suck issue with it. I’m pretty happy with it, and I’ll use my leftover stuff to make a grab and go with a TU-2, CS-2, OD250 and AD-9.

Using this ampless in stereo through the Neunaber Iconoclast (top right). American Loopers Hub if I want to send/return to an amp(underside).
JHS Little Black Amp Box is "first in the loop" for "master volume" control. Mooer Noise Killer is always on at a low setting, and tucked just out of reach. MXR IsoBrick for power.
    On a Pedaltrain Classic 2.

Korg Pitchblack Custom >Mooer Noise Killer >Strymon Mobius (front) > Origin Cali76 >Van weelden Royal Overdrive >Amptweaker Tight Metal Pro >Origin Revival Drive Custom >JHS Little Black Amp Box >Strymon Mobius (back) >Strymon Timeline >Strymon Big Sky >Neunaber Iconoclast.

Made a pedalboard case from a vintage suitcase bought on Ebay and foam from Amazon. Works well. Looks unique.
