Only had this a couple of weeks but I love the look. Doesn't play bad either. IMG_1192.jpg

    First post for me.
Fender Custom Shop Tele. Made by Dennis Galuszka to my specs.
Light 1 piece Ash body, 2 tone Nitro Sunburst finish, Strat contours on the body, Abby hand-wound pickups reverse wound, 51 Nocaster electrics, Glendale saddles, single-ply pick-guard, Reverse control plate, AAA Flame Maple neck with an Ebony fretboard (white pearl dots), ebony skunk stripe, ebony truss rod surround. I'm sure theres more. Plays great and sounds better.

I'm thinking ebony+Glendale just about takes your head off, yes?

They offer about as good of an access to the highest frets as any Guitar out there. There's really nothing better. It has no equal quite honestly.

Don't forget Angus Young & the many other Hard Rock/Metal legends out there, ya know? It's more about the sound than the looks though. At least in my case...lol.;)

And these two Teles have both gone rosewood since their last appearance here. I seem to really prefer rosewood boards, these days... though I have some maples and like them too.

Here's mine. It's a 1989 USA '52 reissue. I just got it, and I'm trying to decide if I want to keep it. I was hot after this guitar for a long time. It's an awesome tele, but I keep going back to my ES-137. Somebody slap me. :)

Nice guitar. But so is the archtop. Why does it have to be one or the other?
