My Rutters bridge is dual setup, top or string-thru. The top loading difference is VERY slight. I doubt I could tell if I didn't look. The phrase that always comes to my mind is "rubber bands". A bit of give in the playability. Zero difference in the tone.

Yep. Thanks, my to-do list just got longer...

    Gorgeous guitar!

Holy Sh'moly, there is indeed quite an amazing gallery of white blond teles on parade here; and every one a winner.

I do know that I have left it a little late but I would sheepishly like to add my own 'whitish blond' to the parade as I don't want her pouting if she should ever find out that I didn't invite her to the ball. Just wouldn't do... and not the way to treat a lady.

Here she is. A used but minty (there's that word again) 2011 Fender Custom Shop ’Custom Deluxe’ Telecaster in Aged White Blonde. Ash body with a urethane finish, and a 9.5" radius birdseye maple neck. Pickups are a Twisted Tele® in the neck position, and a Seymour Duncan® BG-1400 at the bridge (designed with input from Billy Gibbons). She weighs in at a very comfortable 7lb 5oz, and has a beautiful voice.

Since Photobucket I've not posted pics, but I recently loaded my pics to Imgur, but haven't figured out how to post the pics??
Old brain in a fog thang, but I have a couple of sexxxy Squire blondes that just turned 21 and 20, though I'm afraid they'd be thrown out of this bar! They're Stratso_O

That neck is very distracting, @tonyj. I'd find myself stopping mid-song, to just stare... :) Gorgeous!

Here's mine, not white blonde. It's an MIM Nashville body in what they called honey blonde. Nice grain popping through...close to white blonde, but no cigar. Neck is off a recent MIM Player tele. Neck is ok, but just too white, not to mention the pesky 22nd fret. I just got in this older, more amber MIM neck, with some relicing, gonna give that a shot. This body color looks good as either white or blackguard.

    Am I too late?

This is one that I've tinkered with for years and then it just really clicked with me one day.

Terrible photo, but this ended up as a CIJ ash body, MIM Cabronita neck, Tonerider Hot Classics and 500k pots that were just going to be in until I got round to buying 250k ones but for some reason just work right for this.

    Wouldn’t a ‘55 have steel saddles and a top-hat switch? That’s more likely a mid ‘54

I’m so teasing and jealous of that guitar!

    I dressed up a Classic Vibe to look like a ‘55, I’m such a guitar-nerd... IMG_0283.jpg
