Had a lot of them, but this home-made is probably my favorite:

I have many pictures of double bound teles, but this is the only one I own (so far). It's a homebrew. The body is sitka spruce, Fret Tech Cavalier Lion and Lioness pups.

These I do not own. I just collect pictures to serve as inspiration for my builds.

It's nice. What doesn't inspire you to play it more?

I prefer a fat neck! This thing has the thinnest neck fender has ever made. I know I know! why not get another neck for it. Ive got 16 fat necked teles, why bother!

Ditto. My ideal would be a double-bound lake placid blue with Nocaster-style fat neck and rosewood board. When I win the lottery I intend to let Fender build me one.

    TEENIEMCNEE,
    Thank you! :)
I'll be waiting for at least 2 months till I get the first of the two being built.

My very first Telecaster, a CIJ Custom '62 RI. It has a few dings but I love the transparent cherry finish...I have subsequently replaced the chicken head knobs with domed knurled chromes. This is my only double bound Tele, but I suspect it won't be my last!

Beautiful. What model is this? I prefer maple necks and neck humbuckers, so this could be what i'm looking for.
