Not a traditional tele, but close enough: Really liking your G&L. Is it a tribute or an asat? Very nice!

View attachment 511509 View attachment 511510 Just slapped this one together a couple weeks ago. I prefer the vintage white pg to the mint. Nashville body with the contoured heel, Classic 50s lacquer neck, Bare Knuckle Flat 50s Blackguard bridge, Fender CS 62 ri neck, middle position out of phase. I already burned rubber into the finish from leaving it on a guitar stand, even though I knew better.
I’ve been wanting a Daphne Blue Tele for so long, feels good to check it off the list.
Now I just need to find a used 72ri Thinline in Shell Pink and I can stop all this madness.

I've been thinking about putting a black pickguard, but I think the black pg is a whole lot better with a one pc maple neck than with a rosewood board.. it seems white or mint is the way to go.. Cant think of anything else that will look good though..
Roasted maple neck, rosewood board, Nocasters, locking tuners, professional specs otherwise.Just got this lovely lady
Guess you just need a surf green one
This was my first partscaster. Took me a while to decide on the pick guard and P90 cover but I think it’s sufficiently classic looking now. View attachment 683581 View attachment 683582
