Should I Trade my dd3 and holy grail for a super spring theory?

    Should I Trade my dd3 and holy grail for a super spring theory?

    i was wondering if you guys thing this is a good trade?

    I wouldn't. Not a good deal for you in value or functionality. Giving up delay to possibly upgrade reverb (can you really notice a difference?) doesn't make a lot of sense to me.

    No the DD3 is a classic workhorse pedal I couldn't be without one.

    Make the trade. You can always get a cheap digital delay for the time being, but the SST is awesome. The spring and room verbs are tops IMO. Caveat. I use delay in a reverb kind of way, so delay is not as important, but that said, once you have the SST, you'll never look back and can concentrate finding the delay of your dreams later.
