This is the way Lloyd used to clean his ears. Works pretty good on mine, a lot better than that candle thing.

Please don’t use a home remedy on your precious ears/eardrums...just go to the doctor and have her/him Flush it out and pick it clear with skill.

They have the simple equipment and more importantly the know how.

Please don’t screw around with your ears.

I’ve been through this. Please don’t screw around with your ears.

The wax is a natural defense to allow you to turn up your twin reverb without damaging your ears...

I used to have the same problem when I lived in the Northeast. Every year like clockwork when the weather turned cold and wet.

Moving to the desert fixed it, but I'm guessing that's not an option?

T.B., most importantly, get rid of your lazy, good for nothing quack doctor. I bet you got billed for being told to go home.

This is EXACTLY what I do.....only I do it at a bathroom sink filled with warm water. Then you can SEE what you've flushed out with the syringe, although usually you can HEAR when it clears. You may not believe how much wax eventually comes out. And BTW....that's hydrogen peroxide. And like 3-Chord says, it may take time....be patient.

i first loosen it up standing in a 10x12 room directly in front of 2 * 4x12s from my dsl100 on 10. After that it doesn't matter cause I can't hear no more. Problem solved!

Yep, I do the same, over the bathroom sink. There's no question when you've succeeded. I was actually surprised at how much was in there....

I also use hydrogen peroxide (mixed half half with tap water), a few drops, let sit for 10ish minutes, then flush with a baby syringe filled with warm water. Agree it can take a few tries, and also different squirting angles can help. Then go back and do the other ear. It is amazing what comes out. And gross. If your ears are really plugged, watch out for your balance when they get unplugged. Its weird.

I don't even dilute the peroxide - straight up, several times in a row. I'm hardcore.

Wife's a doctor and she yells at me every time I use a Qtip. Apparently you should only use mineral oil and the wax will come out naturally. If it's bad enough, go back to a doctor. If the wax is impacted, they'll pull it out. I've heard stories about doctors pulling huge chunks of wax out of their colleagues' ears.

Motörhead will clean out earwax. (Hydrogen peroxide also seems to work well for me BTW.)

Vacuum it out and capitalise on it by opening up a organic hand made candle store on fleabay.
The hipsters will pay a fortune for that stuff. Don't forget to mention that it's gluten free.

Olive oil is good to slosh in as well, to soften earwax.......

or drip in some Waxsol ear drops for a few days and then get it syringed out with warm water.... :)
