I have over 30 guitars presently. You'd think that would be enough. Yet, I am constantly amazed at what is available today and buy a new guitar every six months or so. My justification for such behavior is to try to sell a guitar for every one I buy. It isn't always easy to decide what to sell. I probably should have kept this one.

Not trying pile it on but I’d never ever let that thing go if it were mine. Very cool guitar!

Yeah, that was a mistake. Hadn't seen one like that. Really cool.

Gorgeous guitar, but what did those WRHBs sound like? In my experience, most of the MIM models were muddy...

I’m not usually a fan thinline Tele’s, but that looks nice! You should have sold a boring Strat or something

My 2001 MIM Strat has that much flame on the neck, main reason I bought it!

Maybe a new Vintera 72 Tele thinline in blonde can console you...it looks similar to your ex:

I'd be very remorseful for letting that go!

There comes a time when a collection is so tasteful and well maintained (read upgraded, fine-tuned...) that making room for new stuff makes little sense. Don't ask me how I know...

Yeah... put that one on the list. My list is plenty long. Don’t beat yourself up too bad, it might come back around some day.

I must be the only one that wouldn't regret selling. I usually have no remorse selling guitars on. I think there is only one that I've regretted in 40 years of owning.

Wow, that thing's just aching to have country music played all over it.

EDIT: Sorry. That probably doesn't help.

I have a 2006 MIM Classic 72 Thinline. So, the old WRHB RIs, which are oftentimes disparaged. You have to work with them, but I get a beautiful sound from them. Warm, with some juicy highs. Just a little chunkier than a single coil.
