The second from the left, is the only interesting one in the bunch, with a cool 'James Dean' vibe about him, he must have a future ahead of him.
The baby faced wankers in weird cowboys shirts are going nowhere, obviously.
And that goes double for the ones on the ends, especially the one playing the 'toy' guitar on the right, and the other one on the left, who is so musically inept, he has no idea which way to correctly hold a guitar.

Who took the picture?
Backstage at the old Boston Garden. J Geils Band 1982 "Freeze Frame" tour. L to R Derek Blevins of the John Butcher Axis (they were the warm up band that evening) Felix Pappalardi from the band Mountain (Mississippi Queen) and Fran Sheehan bassist for the band Boston. This is one of the last photos of Felix Pappalardi as not that long after, he was murdered by his jealous girlfriend who sat in wait and shot him to death as he opened the door and and walked into his living room in his Manhattan hi rise.
