Hank is a typical nickname for Henry, like Dick is for Richard.

The late Steve Gaines of Lynyrd Skynyrd played his 1964 Strat. Steve Gaines was an awesome replacement for Ed King. It is sad that Steve Gaines, his sister Cassie and Ronnie all died in the plane crash though.

Yup! It is Henry Rollins (guessing early to mid 90s). Hank is just a common diminutive for Henry, at least in USian.

I think the answer to that question can be deduced from the fact that her "D" and "G" strings have slipped out of their nut slots, and she apparently doesn't care.
