Since there won't be regular trick or treating or the usual Halloween parties this year, what are some recommendations for scary movies that we can binge watch while wearing our costumes and eating candy corn out of a 5 gallon bucket?

Links if you can be bothered...

    House of the Devil

    Jeepers Creepers

Halloween II - gory, but watchable

Motel Hell, not a Haloween movie actually, but worth a watch

I'll mention some possibly lesser known, but worthwhile movies:

The Haunting of Hill House on Netflix is fantastic, and I think that they're releasing season 2, The Haunting of Bly House, THIS WEEK!!!!

I'd also recommend Ash vs. the Evil Dead.

Lore (on Amazon, I think) is well done. Buzzfeed Unsolved Supernatural is worth checking out, too.

    Alternative choices, the vintage kind:

Dead men walk - George Zucco vampire film with Zucco in a dual role as good and evil brothers

Carnival of souls - Independent creep fest

Dementia 13 - directed by Francis Ford Coppola

All of these are in the public domain and easily found on the internet to download.

    That's a TV Series, right?

Another TV Series worth looking at is NOS4A2 and is just releasing the 2nd season now I think.

I've been on a South Korean movie binge.

"Train to Busan" really good, and the gore isn't over the top. Great character development, and a few punches to the gut.

"The Wailing" Good flick for Halloween. Creepy, and artfully shot.

Love it, not really an horror movie, more in the vein of evil dead 3 (i love them both).

Evil dead 1/2 are must see.
