Any recommendations on how to do this???
I use RealPlayer.....works great for me (works great means that even I can do it!)
Enter a youtube URL, get a video saved to disk. Simple enough that even I can do it.
I use YouTubeDownloader. It's easy to use, but the reason I wanted it was to convert the clips and send them to iTunes for my iPod.
Google "vdownloader". It's free and can also do format changes on existing audio and video files. Indispensable tool for getting clips into powerpoint at my job (teacher).
I use Firefox as my browser, and the DownloadHelper plugin for video download in FLV format.
+1 vdownloader works great!
vdownloader high five!
+1 very good solution
I then use this flv player to play them locally
I also use FireFox and installed the FastVideoDownload application. If I like a video, I just push the button on the bottom and it starts downloading.
Cheers guys, much appreciated!!
