That's great! I've been thinking about doing this to one of my teles.

Is that a Tele? Why has it LP knobs and PU selector switch? Is that a model Fender or Squire sells or is it a custom done by an individual?

it's a tele custom II from Squier, comes with p90, but the previous owner was a douchebag and replaced them with mini humbuckers

Great job! I did a much cruder job on a $15 basket case Squier I picked up. Love the color you chose as well. And good call returning to P90's.

Also, I'm not exactly loving the banana, but I assume it has some significance to you... Or maybe you just really love potassium lol. Either way, great work on that guitar!!!

the bananna is actually a peel off from the velvet underground boxset, and is not on the guitar normally, but for the imgur post, banana for scale is almost a rule :)

The control plate is reversed. Did you flip it around? I've seen people do that and considered doing it myself on a Tele but it requires rewiring and I hate wiring anything.

I'll bet those minis sound nice. I'm a single coil guy myself but I've never heard a mini humbucker that I didn't like just a little bit.

I have to wire it up from scratch anyway, so I figured why not give it a try.
