I think agave looks much awesome with these scars, I also want these with stories behind
I think I'd be inclined to see if they'd give me a bit of a rebate and keep it. I like that Agave blue.
Too bad its a maple fretboard otherwise, you could send it to me, I'd give you $340 for it.
Found out what did it. The case it came with had a screw sticking through the interior and from it being jumbled around during shipping it must have impacted the guitar. I found the screw because I found flakes near that spot in the case. I took it to my Guitar Center and we worked everything out. They are gonna fix it no charge so I decided to keep it
Congrats.. That's a cool color..
Thanks I replied to your other post ,but I copied and pasted to quote this lol Thank you

Thank! Yeah they still owned up to it saying it was the companies fault for using that case and not checking it before hand since it was beat up.
Thanks for catching that.. Went right over my head.. Lol..
If you are lucky, you will just be able to make out the repair so you can tell banes during set breaks...
"That's where I blocked a .22 bullet from a crazed fan, saved the life of our singer. It was really a reflexive move, but any one would have done it!" *blows on fingertips of left hand*
A happy ending, and win!
they're gonna fix it? you mean replace it or refund it? i've never known guitar center to make paint repairs... or even outsource them? if they do, i'd love to see before and after pictures!
Teles are supposed to be battered!
Make it worse!!
is this like when some one kicks you in the shin to distract you from the thumb you just hit with a hammer?
I will post a NGD thread when it comes back. I didn't think an actual thread with nice pictures was needed since I didn't know if I was gonna keep it or not. I just didn't want a gaping hole in the side of the guitar
I'm fine getting chips and dings over the years of play. I just didn't want it from a lame reason such as packing it in a crappy hardshell case from the store I purchased it from.
I'd try to get some money back .. but other than that, I wouldn't give a ****. It's just cosmetic and tbh, I like my guitars being slightly damaged .. gives us something in common
Seems the relic process has already begun...
