Sadly I predict these tickets being sold out by 10:05 with those sitting on the website flipping a coin. I got lucky when Sturgill played the Saenger by getting an extra ticket from a friend of a friend. Beautiful venue that is either sold out or just a bit too expensive for the show. John Prine has come through twice (both times with great opening acts: shovels and rope & margo price), but the cheapest ticket by the time I heard of the show as $70.

Just saw this myself, wish I could go. I bet he’ll kill it. He does a bunch of Dead covers and really plays those well

Concert of the Century, right there. They'd better make a film of it.

I'm wondering about ant guest appearances.

I bet it would be great, but Exile leaves me a little underwhelmed.

I'm a great fan of everything from '68 (Let it Bleed) to '74 (It's only Rock and Roll) except Exile.

Saying that I put it on last week and I'm hearing more in it, but still not as much as the other Stones albums of this era.

    What am I missing?

    I love Exile. But,....
If Exile had not been a double album, it would have been truly amazing as just a single LP. Trim the fat from 18 down to maybe 12 songs.

I love Beggars Banquet, Let it Bleed, and Sticky Fingers the most.

Between The Buttons and Aftermath are pretty great too.
