I can't speak to the quality of the pickups, but I would like to mention that Rockinger provided the best delivery service I've ever had on guitar parts. (Two days from Germany to western Canada). I highly recommend them.

I don't have any experience of their pickups either BUT I got parts to build a tele and they were very nice.

Also they were very pleasant to deal with and picked out an ash body according to my preferences.

Rockinger's been one of the pioneers of the DIY and aftermarket quality guitar and amp parts in Germany, and one of the few that's still in business. That, in itself, speaks volumes about their products, specially their p'ups.
