Phew!! Just to be clear, it's not Robben Ford's. It's just the same specs.

It's not Robben's actual amp, but one made to the specs of his amp. If it were his actual amp it would probably sell for over a million, because it's Robben Ford's amp, and because it's the second Dumble ever made.

I saw Robben play a Guitar Center seminar about twenty years ago. He used an off-the-shelf Twin Reverb. Sounded JUST like Robben Ford!

    Oh.

So buy one from Amplified Nation and save enough dough to buy a modest vacation home.

    At least a time share...

Everybody pisses on Dumble, "Robben Ford sounds like Robben Ford" blah, blah, blah.

I've managed to pick up a couple Dumble tricks. While guitar heroes sound like guitar heroes regardless mere mortals sound like guitar heroes when using Dumbles.

Note definition and endless sustain are handy tools.

Hope it didn't sound like I was "pissing" on Dumbles.....I like 'em. Just saying that Robben sounded just like Robben through that Twin Reverb. I kinda have an intimate relationship with Robben's Dumble. One night at the Caravan of Dreams, I was in a direct line with his amps, and had my head (figuratively) split open by his Dumble. Most focused, piercing sound I ever heard.

I wonder if I could pay it out...$1 a year for 132,000 years.

I’ll never not be amazed at these things

Whatever we plug into, we set that piece of gear to sound the way we like as best we can. Some amps are easier to accomplish that feat than others.

If your going to spend the money to buy a Dumble use it to create your own incredible sound. You could sure test drive a lot of gear.

Sure it's a $137,000 amp. On the plus side, shipping is less than $300
