Don't forget about the Untouchables.
For many, he was the consummate Bond. A great actor, RIP Mr Connery.
Let's not forget Zardoz. RIP
Cool, tough guy, fine actor, and the only James Bond, IMO.
RIP, and thanks, sir.
Maybe my favorite actor ever, RIP Sean.
I probably got the same attaché kit too, and my buddy had one just like it. We used to look for “spies” in woods next to my house. I still have the gun somewhere.
Thanks for all the memories, Sir. RIP.
The absolute coolest Bond to me. He played other excellent parts as well.
The very definition of suave, sophisticated and debonair.
I'll have that "shaken, not stirred".
Sad news indeed. Connery’s Bond has always been one of my heroes.
I read all the Ian Fleming 007 books when I was a kid. For the movies, though, I could never make the switch from Sean Connery's Bond. RIP, sir, and thanks.
Probably the best Bond, never to mention all his other great roles.
Wow, terrible news. RIP.
'Do you expect me to talk Goldfinger...'...'noooo Mr Bond...I expect you to die..'......there will never be another
One of my favourite actors too. Certainly the best Bond.
I'm going to respectfully share one of my favourite jokes, featuring Mr. Connery. Send him off with a laugh...
Sean Connery got a nasty bump on the head from some falling books while doing DIY at home. He said afterwards, 'I can only blame my shelf...'.
A dedicated golfer on and off screen. Truly the end of an era. For many of us he's always been there. The embodiment of cool. Never forget...shakin' not stirred.
The man who would be Bond, James Bond, among so many other great performances. He received his only Academy Award for his supporting role in The Untouchables. His cameo in Robin Hood Prince of Thieves was a fun surprise and testimony to his friendship with Kevin Costner. Connery worked with some of the best in the business. And some of the best in the business wanted to work with him.
Drink a glass of 61 Bollinger in his honor. RIP
90 Years -Old.
Want to mention that the actress who was painted in gold in Goldfinger recently passed on October 5th. She was 76. Margaret Nolan also had a bit part in A Hard Day's Night.
