When I put this together I kept it simple.
    Pickups>Selector switch>one volume knob>output jack.
    No tone.
Since I added a Seymour Duncan 1/4 Pounder, I’ve read that it thrives with a 500k pot. The TV Jones Starwood Neck pickup sounds perfect with the recommended 250k.

So I added a 500k volume pot to SD, and kept the 250k pot for the TV Jones.
    Still no tone circuit.

I also bought a Rockrabbit control plate to allow for an LP style pickup selector.
This guitar sounds awesome, and it’s very versatile for being so simple.
Rock n’ Roll raunch, Country twang, Blues whatever... this thing can do it!

Very cool! Is that leather on the guitar? If so interesting, I'm sure it lightly dampens some of the guitar vibrations and you get some interesting tones, different. Does it lean to bright or dark sounding?

Yessir, hand-tooled leather pickguard and arm rest.
I can’t say that the leather effects the tone. It definitely looks and feels cool.
It’s a bright sounding guitar, but I have it strung with flatwounds which soften it a bit.
The neck is an All Parts FAT 50’s style neck. Really fills the hand.
It’s a very heavy guitar too. Weighs almost 11 lbs.

    Thanx!
I put it all together last spring, but it’s been almost a year long process of moving stuff in and out of it.

    Again, nice, very unique.

Hehe yup, she’ll sink to the bottom!
I don’t mind the weight. I’m a big boy, and a 3” wide strap helps.

    Wow, thanx.
I really want to make a video with it eventually so I can prove that it sounds cool as well.;)
