While I don't think you need to worry about a ground loop, the Switchcraft isolation washer part numbers are: S1028 = flat washer &
S1029 = shoulder washer. I've used these many times to isolate the metal jacks from a chassis.

I just experienced the input jack issue before. I knew shoulder washer for the first time. Thank you!

The moment you turn on the champ12
Does it make a loud noise for a moment?
vol is 0
Is it a malfunction?

I have listed my mods to the Champ 12 and my logic behind them. I didn’t delve into what was Dumble like, but to get the amp to sound more like a real Fender amp.

I would be curious as to what people make of them.
