Working perfectly today from here. Matter of fact, it's never worked better.

I had a couple days of major slowdowns but as of today it's fine. Just be patient, and perhaps take the time to consider the potential benefits of mastering a slightly less insistently demanding mode of expression.

It is for me as well.....or at least it is right now.

I'm currently involved with bootstrapping up another forum and the problems presented by the variety of devices used by members to access that site is similar and takes time and knowledge to correct.

Most of us using laptop or desk top systems running Windows via Firefox, Chrome or MS Edge had fewer problems than those using Apple products or various tablets and smart phone applications.

I'm not an IT guy so I'm not of much use when it comes to understanding all of the routes and short cuts needed to make a forum interface well with so many different devices. I just know that it's been a real project getting everything to work perfectly for every user.

With all the threads trashing the sites speed the last couple of days, I thought I'd let the powers that be know it's working faster than ever right now (3:59 pm Monday 12/17/2018). Not sure what switch y'all flipped, but for now it was the right one.

No problems here today. It was pretty slow over the weekend, but that's the internet for ya.

I've been coming here since the earlier version. every single year there have been times where the site slows down or you can't get it to load or this that and whatever. and it gets cleared up in a day or two.

this is a great site and I think the people who run it do a great job. it ain't going to die away.

Absolutely stuck. Three tries before I could access the site. Took 10 minutes. Then couldn't navigate around.
There is no ducking this issue - the site has a serious problem and it is not going away, so far.
Sometimes it's fine. That can't be the standard here however.

If I look at my profile, and look at my content, it shows all posts from 2009 to 2013 and from 2016 to 2018 are gone. I don't know if that means my actual posts are deleted from the threads or merely that I cannot see them on my list anymore.
Today's the first day in many that the speed issue seems to have been fixed.

I couldn't get on yesterday. Definitely some problems but TDPRI is definitely still the best site of its kind out there. Hopefully, whatever is causing the problems can be fixed.

Just because it's worked for twenty minutes doesn't mean it will STAY fixed.....it's been yay and nay for days now.....

It's improved significantly but it's still getting hung up trying to get to the site.
