Batman: Two men are in a boat; they have a pack of cigarettes, but no matches. How do they smoke?

Man, if morning is his youth, night his old age.
Oh nevermind, I thought I was at the current post, but it just bottom of first page...
Does everyone already know the one about the fox, the goose, and the grain?
Farmer went to market and bought a fox (?), a goose, and a bag of grain. The route home takes him over a river, which he has to cross on a small boat. The boat can only hold the farmer, plus one of the other items. If the farmer leaves the goose alone with the grain, she'll eat it all. If the fox is left alone with the goose, he'll eat her.
How does the farmer get all three items home in the same condition as when he bought them?
This one is pretty old, pretty lame and more a play on words and a joke than anything else but framed as a riddle:
A man is sealed in a room that is 4 walls, a floor and a ceiling, no doors or windows.
The only objects he has to get out are an apple and a knife.
How does he get out?
Believe me, its a groaner.
Had to look it up. Yep, a groaner.
Leave the fox and the grain and take the goose over to the other side.
Come back alone.
Take the grain over and bring back the goose.
Leave the goose behind and take the fox over (the fox is now with the grain on the other side)
Come back alone.
Take the goose over.
Yessir, that is correct.
Who goes to market and comes home with a fox, that's what I want to know...
