My grandson is working hard to relic my blue guitar! Another couple of years I'll have to start teaching him to play:twisted:

Started my son on mine too. 10 months old and he LOOOOOVES the guitar. Crawls up to it and tries to play it every time I bring it out. Entertains him very well CBD93801-86B4-46A8-830F-C5A22C45408A.jpeg

Your grandson is cute. He's not even close to being a relic.
I bet he still has the plastic on him.

    The guitar looks good too.

Get him one of his own. When my boys were young I found a used Austin student guitar for $30. It served it's purpose of keeping little hands off Dad's guitars for 20 years, and I just recently donated it to the Salvation Army, so it's beginning a new life with another child. My wife found a little, cheap acoustic guitar at another thrift store for $5 and it's the proud possession of her granddaughter. It's brown sunburst with rhinestones glued on it and Peytan thinks it's awesome. She breaks it out when she hears Grandpa playing, and comes down to jam with me.

My middle boy used to touch my guitars and I put him up for adoption.

Another vote for buying him one of his own.....start with one of those Mini-Teles or Strats. That way you two can jam together....and when he's a world famous guitarist, you'll be immortalized in interviews as the Grandad that started it all! ;)

Today was his 3rd birthday, we are done now with cake and presents. He seems to be very musical, perhaps in another year it'll be time for his own guitar:cool:
He loves any instruments and singing!
