Refugees keep coming... but will TDPRI exile ST asylum-seekers?

I think a majority here owns a strat, if not have had owned one.. I did have an account in Strat-talk but I didnt have a strat that time.. and I was welcomed with open arms,.,.

 

I don’t have a tele and it pains my to say it. I only play my strat through and I just love anything fender. My next purchase is gunna be a 52 tele ri. I just made an account here a few days ago after reading posts here for years. For some reason this was the first and only place I considered using and I’m happy to be here. Hopfully soon I will land a tele so I can be a true teleman

I think that this whooooooole thing is a plot by the Jazzmaster crowd.

And the SG people--whose turn was it to watch them?? Can we be sure they're not involved?

TDPRI is a sanctuary forum!!! Just to prove it I ‘loafed’ on the sidewalk outside.... er, ok maybe that was over selling it.

The folks at Strat Talk even let me post among them knowing full well I am no longer a strat dude. Hell, I’m barely a tele dude...

I joined up here to learn about teles, then bought my first one a few months later.

I have spent a bloody fortune on gear since and still only that first tele. So beware, of the sheep in wolves' clothing.

 

You do not have to play a Tele to post here, play what you like.

Indeedy. Have fun, try stuff, try even stuff you're "sure" you won't like. Ya never know, and our tastes have serious cycles in 'em....

 

I adored my Am Std Strat, and looked down my nose at Telecasters. Then got one as a gift to set up as my "beater" that would always be out, ready to play. That was the beginning of the end, and now with three Teles, my Strat sits in it's case most of the time. You need to let one into your life and see what happens...kind of like your dog that you can't bear to leave in the kennel, man's best friend ...

 

I didn’t have a Tele when joined TDPRI.

Now I have three, with various features.
